New Year Rules

  1. Smile.
  2. Love.
  3. Forgive.
  4. Create.
  5. Get outdoors.
  6. Read.
  7. Learn something new-even just a new word.
  8. Try a new food.
  9. Exercise for 5 minutes minimum twice each day. (Start stretching/limbering up).
  10. Be HAPPY.  Life is not a rehearsal.
